In its first conference game of the season, the Montcalm Community College womens basketball team ran into a defensive-minded Bay College Norse team, losing 92-40 on Jan.
11.
Norse head coach James Fassett used a full-court press defense on the short-handed Centurions (0-1 MCCAA Northern, 1-9 overall) for much of the first half, which MCC had a difficult time of fighting through.
