NCAA MEN’S BASKETBALL: Siena leads fierce comeback to beat Sacred Heart at home

The Siena College mens basketball team makes grit look fun.
Thursday night was the latest example.
Siena overcame a seven-point halftime deficit on Thursday, picking up an eventual, 93-75 win over Sacred Heart University in front of 4,362 in attendance at MVP Arena.
En route to shooting 54% in the second half, the Saints assisted on 11 of their 18 made field goals, also outscoring the Pioneers 54-29 down the stretch.
The Saints finished with 20 assists for the game, 17 of which came from their backcourt trio of Justice Shoats, Gavin Doty, and Major Freeman.
