Full-strength RCTC women drill St. Cloud

ROCHESTER The Rochester Community and Technical College womens basketball team competed for the first time in months with a complete roster.

It made Saturdays opponent, St.

Cloud Community College, pay, winning 84-46.

It was also a rare home game for the No.

1 Division III junior college ranked Yellowjackets, just their third of the year.

ADVERTISEMENT Kara Goetzinger and Cassidy Shute were both back from injuries for RCTC.

Goetzinger finished with 14 points and seven rebounds and Shute had three points and three assists for the deep Yellowjackets.

RCTC (1-0 MCAC, 12-3 overall) was led by freshman Nyomi Crushshon with 18 points.

Allana Bates had 17, Goetzinger 14,and Macaya Copeland 11.

Bates hit 3 of 6 3-point tries.

RCTC led 40-22 at halftime.
