Mike Norvell is looking to get off to a much better start next season.

With the Seminoles finishing the 2024 season at a disappointing 2-10, Florida State needs to revamp its roster from top to bottom.

As expected, Norvell is aggressively attacking the transfer portal to rebuild the program.

On Sunday, the Seminoles landed their ninth portal addition of the offseason, and their biggest yetformer USC tight end/wide receiver Duce Robinson.

Robinson, a two-sport athlete who also played baseball at USC, brings both versatility and star power to Florida State.

Once a five-star recruit in the class of 2023, Robinson was ranked as the nations No.

19 overall player and No.

1 tight end by 247Sports.

At 6-foot-6 and 225 pounds, his size and athleticism make him a dynamic weapon for the Seminoles' offense.

Not to mention it helped make him the No.

5 overall transfer in the portal and No.

3 wide receiver.

In two seasons with the Trojans, Robinson played in 23 games, recording 39 receptions for 747 yards and seven touchdowns.

Last season, he logged 23 catches for 396 yards and five scores, tying for third on the team in touchdown receptions.

His ability to stretch the field as a pass-catching tight end makes him an immediate threat in Florida State's offense.

Robinsons athleticism doesnt stop on the football field.

At USC, he was also a member of the baseball team, appearing in four games with two starts, batting .167 with a .333 slugging percentage.

Robinson joins an solid list of transfer portal additions for the Seminoles this offseason, including former Boston College quarterback Thomas Castellanos and Nebraska edge rusher James Williams.

Castellanos brings dual-threat capability and experience, while Williams adds much-needed firepower to Florida State's pass rush.

Getting Robinson's commitment addresses Norvells focus on reshaping the Seminoles offense and overall roster.
