The holiday season has come, and now were in the countdown until 2025 arrives.

Not a lot happens in this time of year, whether youre an MLB front office or working in a regular office, so well do our best to march along with what weve got available.

The rumor mill was silent on the Yankees yesterday, but we did get a nice tidbit about CC Sabathia wanting to wear the Yankee cap on his Cooperstown plaque if (and when) he makes it into the Hall of Fame.

Thats my ace right there.

Today on the site, Nick Power starts us off with a look at the prodigious power of Steve Balboni and how the Yankees couldnt find a fit for him in our Could-Have-Been series, followed by Peter taking a look at Tim Hills case to be re-signed for the Yankee bullpen.

Matt closes us out for the day by flipping the script on his article from two days ago and reviewing the biggest gifts the Yankees gave out to their opponents this year.
