After the winter meetings concluded, we had a quiet day around baseball, as the industry re-situated itself after the offseason's marquee event in Dallas.

No one wouldve been surprised if the Yankees stayed quiet into the weekend, continuing to work on the free agent and trade fronts, but no, Brian Cashman struck on Friday morning.

Nestor Cortes and Caleb Durbin are on their way to Milwaukee, while the Yankees have a new closer, Devin Williams.
