NYY news: Max-imum vibes

New York Post | Dan Martin : Wednesday featured the Yankees officially introducing pitcher Max Fried.
Such events which are always filled with hope and positive vibes, and Frieds was no different, as the Yankees spoke highly of the left, talking of how they feel like we added a championship piece to the rotation, according to Aaron Boone.
Even with all the high praise surrounding the move, the Yankees are not done tinkering with the roster just yet.
New York Daily News | Peter Sblendorio : As Fried was being introduced, it was revealed the Yankees are set to have a meeting with another very intriguing pitcher.
Japanese superstar Roki Sasaki has granted the Yankees a meeting as part of his decision process for coming over to Major League Baseball.
Especially considering that Sasaki is classified as an international amateur free agent and teams cant shell out big multi-year deals for him yet, its hard to tell exactly where the Yankees stand in that particular race.
That being said, getting a meeting is not a bad sign.
The Athletic | Keith Law : One of the other moves the Yankees have made was the addition of Cody Bellinger via a trade with the Cubs .
On the Yankees side of the deal, Bellinger does add another good player to the lineup, but does lead to some questions of fit with the current roster makeup.
SNY | Phillip Martinez : One question of fit is figuring out where Jasson Dominguez fits in once they figure out where Bellinger plays regularly.
However, the Yankees are certainly hopeful that this is the year where The Martian is able to play regularly at the big league level..
