The hectic pace of the Winter Meetings is always a welcome sight after the relative trudge through November that we typically see, even if this year the biggest signing didnt go the Yankees way.

New York still made progress on their 2025 roster over this week, making a big splash in signing Max Fried and making progress on some other fronts.

Theres still a long road to seeing the final roster, but the path is a lot clearer now.

Today on the site were starting off with Nick Sarnelli providing a breakdown of what the Yankees are getting in the Fried deal, and then Sam looks into Jurickson Profar as a potential high-risk, high reward outfield option.

Josh hands out a stellar grade to Luke Weaver for our report card series, and Peter will be on deck to break down the last bits of news we got out of the Winter Meetings.

Questions/Prompts: 1.

Is there smoke to the Kyle Tucker rumors, or will the Yankees end up looking elsewhere for outfield help? 2.

How many games will we see Jonathan Loaisiga in this year?.
