Shedeur Sanders was a guest on 'Celebrity Row' at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday - and fans were extremely happy to see the Buffaloes quarterback in New York City .

Sanders watched the New York Knicks lose 108-100 to the Atlanta Hawks , but his appearance on the jumbotron at the end of the third quarter drew huge cheers from the crowd.

His attendance also went viral on social media, fans of the New York Giants believing that Sanders could end up playing for their organization.

"He's a Giant!" One fan wrote when seeing Sanders at MSG.

"I feel like Shedeur wants to go to the Giants but Deion wants him to go to the Raiders," another added.

The Giants are expected to select a quarterback in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft after releasing Daniel Jones in November , but the New York Jets may also be eyeing a new signal caller.

Travis Hunter given NFL draft competition as 'top five pick' prediction made Deion Sanders tells NFL head coach he needs to draft his sons hours after Shedeur hint The Jets are yet to confirm whether they will stick with Aaron Rodgers next season or put their faith in a new quarterback, despite building the team around the veteran over the past two years.

In a year that was meant to be historic for the Jets, they've stumbled to a 3-10 record and have already been eliminated from playoff contention.

The Giants are in need of a franchise quarterback after the four-year, $160 million contract signed by Jones in 2023 didn't go to plan.

The Jets are suffering a different dilemma after completing a blockbuster trade for Aaron Rodgers, who departed the Green Bay Packers in March 2023.

Rodgers was meant to end the Jets' playoff drought, which has since been extended to 14 years after another disappointing year.

The four-time MVP missed the entirety of the 2023 season after suffering a torn Achilles, and while he's been healthy this season, the Jets cannot find a way to win.

Sanders has enjoyed a stellar senior year with Colorado, throwing for 3,926 yards, 35 touchdowns, and eight interceptions, helping guide the Buffaloes to a 9-3 record.

The quarterback is the betting favorite to be selected first overall, although it's unknown at this stage of the season who will occupy that No.

Currently, the Giants hold the No.

2 pick, and the Las Vegas Raiders would have the first-overall selection if the season ended today.

Sanders has been heavily linked with the Raiders, and Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders is keen for both of his sons to end up in Las Vegas.

Shedeur and Shilo Sanders, both out of Colorado, have declared for the 2025 NFL Draft, and Deion Sanders made a direct request to Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce on Dec.

Shedeur Sanders was in Las Vegas with his family on Friday to accept the 2024 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award - which is awarded annually to the top college football quarterback.

Pierce was also in attendance, and Deion Sanders took a punt when being handed a microphone to deliver a speech.

"Now I just need you to do one thing," Sanders said, with Pierce in the crowd.
