We'll as expected, it turns out that it was more than likely just a salary-related move, allowing the Vancouver Canucks to accrue cap space, which will help them at the trade deadline.

The Birmingham, Michigan native has played quite well this season in the American Hockey League with Abbotsford, registering nine points (four goals, five assists), six penalty minutes and is a minus-four in 16 contests.

We'll have to wait for confirmation later today on whether or not Max Sasson is in the lineup, but there's probably a good chance we'll see him on the ice tonight as they take on a St.

Louis Blues squad that's won three of their last five games.
