Caitlin Clark tells ex-team-mate to prioritize basketball in seven-word message

Basketball star Caitlin Clark isn't letting the WNBA off-season slow her down and she certainly won't let it affect her team-mates.
Even former ones, it turns out, after the Indiana Fever standout nudged ex-college colleague Jada Gyamfi to stop getting distracted on vacation and get back to the court.
Gyamfi who is currently in her junior year at Iowa has been posting pictures from her getaway to Riviera Maya in Mexico, which gained some varied reactions from friends and family.
Gyamfi's first Instagram post showed the forward posed in a bikini on her hotel room balcony, prompting Clark to cheer her on with a message reading: "Work it Jades." However, the tone soon shifted when Gyamfi uploaded another set of holiday snaps shortly after.
Caitlin Clark impact on WNBA undeniable in NBA commissioner Adam Silver's eyes JuJu Watkins makes her feelings very clear on Caitlin Clark comparisons "Less grams.

"Love ya." Gyamfi playfully hit back: "Is there a dislike button??" Even Clark's boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, joined in the teasing and sarcastically praised increased Gyamfi's social media activity, commenting: "Love the double post you are killing it." Most of Gyamfi's circle showered her with support and admiration for her vacation updates.
But it's heart-warming to see that despite her fame, Clark can still find the time to deliver a brutal put-down to one of her close pals.
The 22-year-old had Gyamfi as a Hawkeyes team-mate for two seasons, where they made it to the NCAA Championship games twice but fell just short both times.
Now, Gyamfi has her sights set on a third consecutive college championship appearance in 2025, with Iowa currently boasting an impeccable 6-0 record this season.
The challenge facing first-year coach Jan Jensen is monumental as she attempts to secure the team's first-ever NCAA title in the year following Clark's exit.
While Gyamfi hasn't yet taken center stage for the team this year, she could emerge as a key player as the season unfolds..
