Video: Randy Moss Asks for Fans' Prayers as He's 'Been Battling Something Internal'

Football Hall of Famer Randy Moss opened up to fans in a behind-the-scenes video Sunday.
Moss posted a video on his Instagram page from the set of ESPN's NFL Countdown and asked for prayers while also explaining why he is wearing sunglasses.
"Throughout the week of the holidays, your boy has been battling something internal," he said.
"I just ask for all the prayer warriors to put their blessed hands on me and my family through these hard times.
"You're boy's gonna get through it.
I've got a great team of doctors, got a great family around me." While Moss didn't go into any more details about what he is "battling," he encouraged viewers to check in with their doctors and "get your bloodwork done." He has worked on ESPN's Sunday NFL Countdown since 2016 but is still best known as one of the top wide receivers in NFL history.
Moss played from 1998 through 2012 and finished his career with a resume that included an Offensive Rookie of the Year, four First-Team All-Pro selections, six Pro Bowl nods, five seasons where he led the NFL in receiving touchdowns and 10 seasons with more than 1,000 receiving yards.
He is fourth on the NFL's all-time list in receiving yards (15,292) and second in receiving touchdowns (156)..
