UND men's basketball edges LMU 77-73

LOS ANGELES UND guard Treysen Eaglestaff scored 23 points on 9-for-18 shooting to lead the Fighting Hawks to a 77-73 win over LMU on Friday night.

Four UND players scored in double figures, led by Eaglestaff.

Mier Panoam scored 16 points, followed by Dariyus Woodson scored 12 points and Eli King scored 10 points.

ADVERTISEMENT Panoam was 6-for-12 from the field for the Fighting Hawks.

Brian Mathews added six points, five rebounds and four rebounds, The Hawks pulled away late.

UND took a one-point lead on a Panoam basket with 3:41 to go to make it 63-62 left.

Eaglestaff stretched the lead to 71-62 lead with 2:08 left with a 3-pointer to push the lead out to nine points..
