All this weekend has worked in Arsenal’s favour, but can Arsenal avoid peeling a banana on their trip to take on rivals Tottenham in the North London Derby?

Arsenal’s season got off to a great start after a 3-1 victory over Spurs in October. So far, losing Gabriel Jesus to injury hasn’t slowed him down. The Spurs come out of his 4-0 drab at Crystal Palace which gives the team confidence. Harry Kane loves these high stakes rivals to play in his game, but what Antonio his Conte wants is someone other than Kane involved in the attack.

Son Heung-min has only scored in two league games this season and has been sidelined, making the dynamic duo of Son and Kane look like a dad pulling a wagon with his kids on it. The Spurs can certainly secure points if Son shows up, but Arsenal’s balanced offense makes them a potential favorite.

Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, Martin Audegaard and Eddie Nketiah can all hurt you and if Spurs spend too much time worrying about the front four, they’ll be out of the box, like a reverse fixture. Thomas Partie and Granit Jaka will appear from the city to reward them. Mikel Arteta has created a team that doesn’t roll over in these matches and shows up when it counts.
