Week 8 Fantasy Football Flex Rankings: Navigating Bye Weeks and Rising Stars

As Week 8 arrives, fantasy football managers face the third week of the season with four teams—the 49ers, Giants, Saints, and Texans—on bye. This absence removes several fantasy superstars from lineups, including Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, Malik Nabers, Chris Olave, and George Kittle.

The weekly rankings feature notable risers such as Parker Washington and Ollie Gordon II, who could offer value. Some players are viable streaming options based on favorable matchups, and detailed analysis is available in the Start 'Em, Sit 'Em column. Meanwhile, injuries continue to affect certain players like Jeremiyah Love, and others, including Patrick Mahomes and A.J. Brown, have seen their fantasy stock decline due to a lack of high-end production recently.

Below are the fantasy flex player rankings for Week 8. These rankings will be updated regularly, especially after final team injury reports are released later in the week.
