Future University of New Hampshire defenseman Parker Von Richter was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the fourth round of the NHL Draft Saturday.The 18 year old from Canada was chosen with pick #111, which originally belonged to the Boston Bruins, but was traded to Pittsburgh.
