Former Sherwood Christian standout and current college quarterback Tripp Roberts will host a football skills camp Saturday at Sherwood Christian Academy.
The camp is scheduled for 9 a.m.
to noon at the Sherwood Christian football field and is open to boys and girls entering the third through eighth grades.
The cost is $40 per participant.
Instruction will focus on quarterbacks, running backs, receivers, defensive backs and linebackers.
According to camp organizers, Roberts will lead the instruction.
Roberts is a two-time GIAA Player of the Year and currently plays quarterback at Georgia Military College.
The camp is designed to help young athletes prepare for the upcoming football season through position-specific instruction and skill development.
