Seattle Kraken Unveil 48 New Food and Drink Options for 2026-27 Season

As the Seattle Kraken prepare for the 2026-2027 NHL season, the organization has revealed a diverse array of 48 new food and beverage items that will be available to fans at Climate Pledge Arena. The preview event, held on September 22, showcased the innovative menu crafted by Chef Molly De Mers and the Climate Collective, a culinary team comprising over one hundred chefs.

Among the standout offerings is a brisket elote, which highlights the creative approach to arena dining. Piroshky Piroshky has contributed its own interpretation of the Seattle Dog, while Cookies with Tiffany presents gooey Oreo-cookie-infused chocolate marshmallow cookies. These items reflect a blend of local flavors and indulgent treats.

For vegetarian attendees, the Impossible Test Kitchen at Climate Pledge offers a cheesy Impossible patty melt on Franz rye bread, as well as an Impossible meatball sub featuring marinara, provolone, and shaved parmesan on a hoagie roll. These options ensure that plant-based fans have satisfying choices.

The beverage selection includes several new cocktails, such as the Kraken's own take on an Aperol Spritz and the visually striking Foghorn. The Foghorn combines tequila, triple sec, spicy agave, chipotle pineapple syrup, and lime juice, finished with a cloud of bubbly salt foam. For those preferring simpler fare, classic peanuts and Fisher scones remain available.
