There are few bigger names in Detroit sports these days than Cade Cunningham.
The Detroit Pistons point guard has helped make this "Bad Boys" franchise competitive again, and he took the team all the way to the Eastern Conference Semifinals last season.

In the meantime, Nike is releasing another special edition sneaker inspired by Cunningham.

1, 2026, according to research from Sneaker News.
The shoe features a tan, or khaki, mesh upper with a durable protective layer over parts of it.
It also has the Pistons' famed blue accents and orange Nike logos.
The shoe features Cunningham's No.
2 on the heel, of course.
This sneaker marks the third and final Cade ST Charge colorway being released this summer.
The shoe is expected to run $140 through Nike and select retailers.

That shoe was made with outdoor courts in mind, because anyone who knows Detroit knows that the Motor City likes to play basketball outside in the summer.

Charge," Nike said of the shoe in a statement.
"His player edition is layered with Detroit lore and comes equipped with 313 street-ready speed and comfort thanks to a thick forefoot Air Zoom unit and a Cushlon 3.0 drop-in midsole." So, considering that sneaker sold out so quickly, don't be surprised if history repeats itself with Cunningham's upcoming release.
