Fantasy football managers tracking ADP trends have identified several players making significant moves up draft boards. Among them, Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington stands out with the largest ADP increase as of July 30.
Washington, who surprisingly led the Jaguars in total receiving volume last season, now carries an ADP of 84th in re-draft formats. Analysts see no reason for a drop-off based on talent alone. He faces competition from Brian Thomas Jr. and Jakobi Meyers for the WR1 role, but head coach Liam Coen has praised Washington as being 'ready to kill.' Projections give Washington a 19% target share, closely trailing Thomas Jr. (23%) and Meyers (22%). With a high ceiling, his eighth-round ADP is considered fair.

Brian Thomas Jr. is also among the top ADP risers, according to FantasyPros. The second-year wideout entered training camp in exceptional physical condition, building on a rookie season where he finished as a top-5 fantasy receiver. Despite added competition from Washington, Meyers, and rookie Travis Hunter, Thomas Jr. retains WR1 upside. His current ADP sits at 77th overall.
Elsewhere, Carolina Panthers running back Jonathan Brooks is gaining traction after the team indicated he could challenge Chuba Hubbard for the lead role. Brooks has been catching passes downfield, a skill that distinguishes him from the ground-and-pound Hubbard. Head coach Dave Canales has offered strong endorsements. Brooks, who has missed significant time due to injury, is ranked as the RB50 in PPR formats with an ADP of 99th.
Quentin Johnston of the Los Angeles Chargers is also rising, though more as a market correction than hype. With Keenan Allen not re-signed, Johnston slots in as the team's WR2 behind Ladd McConkey. The Chargers' offense, ranked 12th in preseason FPI, is expected to improve under offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel. Johnston is projected for 43 yards per game and 4-6 touchdowns, landing at WR46 in PPR and an ADP of 105th overall.
Jordan Mason of the Minnesota Vikings presents a value play at running back. Playing alongside 31-year-old Aaron Jones, who ranks seventh among active backs in career touches, Mason at 27 years old offers fresher legs. Projections see Mason handling 35-40% of the team's rushing volume, with higher upside than his veteran counterpart.
