The Tuesday Review-Journal notes that the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority has certified that the College Football Playoff will generate at least $250 million.

This means, the story says, that event organizers will be allowed to place advertisements on area highways, including Las Vegas Boulevard, which is otherwise not allowed under state law.
