On top of that, the Hoosiers may have identified a gem in this next recruiting class.
Caleb Pugh, an inside offensive lineman in the class of 2027, announced his commitment to Indiana on Sunday via social media.
What makes it interesting is that the Hoosiers are the only program from the power four to extend a scholarship offer to Pugh, whose other offers include Butler, Florida A&M and a slew of Ivy League programs including Yale and Penn.
Pugh attends Grand Rapids Christian High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Hes unrated and unranked by both 247Sports and Rivals.
Cignetti and the rest of the Indiana football staff have built as strong of a reputation as any for their talent evaluation.
Could Pugh be the next success story for the Hoosiers?.
