Wiley was booked into the Orange County Jail over the holiday weekend, the outlet reports.
He is being held without bond, according to custody records TMZ viewed.
No details have been released about what led to his arrest.

He finished his NFL career with 321 tackles, 44 sacks and 13 forced fumbles.
He went on to work as a football analyst at ESPN and FS1 following his playing days.
