As the Indianapolis Colts prepare to face the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 5, the team is contending with notable injuries on both offense and defense. The latest injury report reveals that three Colts players are questionable for Sunday's contest.
Wide receiver Keenan Allen (NIR-rest/groin), wide receiver Darius Slayton (knee), and cornerback Charvarius Ward (NIR-rest/groin) are all listed as questionable. Additionally, two Steelers players are also questionable for the game.
Allen, who joined the Colts in August 2026, made an impact in the first three games of the season, recording 13 receptions for 100 receiving yards and one touchdown. He was sidelined in Week 4 due to the same NIR-rest/groin injury. However, Allen returned as a full participant in Friday's practice and is expected to be available as one of Indianapolis' top passing targets.
Slayton, who spent his first seven NFL seasons with the New York Giants, was released on September 7, 2026. He signed with the Colts a few weeks later but has yet to appear in a game for the team.
Ward, a starting cornerback for Indianapolis, sustained a groin injury in Week 2 but has continued to play through it. He upgraded to full participation on Friday and should be ready to contribute to the Colts' defense.
