BERKELEY, Calif. — The California Golden Bears are gearing up for a season of transformation as they kick off fall camp, with a fresh coaching staff, a revamped roster, and renewed optimism surrounding the program.
New head coach Tosh Lupoi, who took over in December after Justin Wilcox's departure, has aggressively rebuilt the team, adding more than 30 transfers to bolster the squad. Hendricks, who recorded 1,037 receiving yards at Ohio last season, praised Sagapolutele as "the real deal" and "not a fraud," highlighting his natural throwing ability.
