Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams is slated to be a full participant when the team releases its estimated injury report to the NFL on Wednesday afternoon.
Williams sustained a right hamstring injury while attempting to run into the end zone during the fourth quarter of a Week 2 defeat to the Minnesota Vikings.
He made his return to practice on Friday as a limited participant and also underwent a workout at Lambeau Field just hours before kickoff.
Tyson Bagent replaced him to finish that game but then suffered a concussion.
Case Keenum started the Bears' next matchup, a home victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on "Monday Night Football." Bagent started in a win against the New York Jets but then quarterbacked the Bears to a lopsided 31-7 loss on Sunday in Green Bay.
Head coach Matt Eberflus would not disclose whether he still views Bagent as the second-string quarterback behind Williams.
Eberflus spent the week managing the fallout from the loss and a new issue.
On Tuesday, defensive end Montez Sweat received a two-game suspension for a performance-enhancing drug violation.
Eberflus said he had not spoken with Sweat and expressed frustration over his absence.
The Bears conducted a walk-through on Wednesday and only need to submit an estimated injury report later that day.
They will resume practice on Thursday.
Chicago plays two games in five days—Sunday and the following Thursday—and Eberflus noted that the walk-through had been planned weeks in advance.
