HOLT, Mich.
(WLNS) Some of the most talented basketball players from around Mid-Michigan came together to take part in the 13th Annual Capital Area High School Basketball All-Star Game on Tuesday night, with fans getting the opportunity to see two all-star games, a three-point contest and a slam dunk contest.
On the girls side, the West All-Stars defeated the East All-Stars 55-43 with Grand Ledge graduate Lexi Raska taking home the MVP honors.
Raska finished with 20 points and is committed to play for Aquinas College.
In between the All-Star games Lansing Sexton graduate Keyshawn Summerville won the three-point contest and Michigans Mr.
Basketball and East Lansing graduate K.J.
Torbert, won the slam dunk contest.
In the boys game, the East All-Stars defeated the West All-Stars 77-58, with Torbert finishing with 27 points and the MVP honors.
