The International Technical Officials (ITO) course has been reintroduced this year after a successful start with the ASBC U22 Men’s and Women’s Asian Boxing Championships, which ended January 25 in Bangkok, Thailand. The revamped Cut Technician course features expanded theory and hands-on training applications to provide a more complete learning experience. The World Boxing Tour consists of a series of events divided into three categories – Golden Belt, Silver Belt and Bronze Belt – contributing to a new IBA ranking system that helps define the most successful boxers at the end of the year.
