Henry comes to Lindenwood after spending the last three years as MLS’ Next Director of Coaching at St. Louis Scott Gallagher (SLSG). During that time, Henry coached 180 of the city’s best players in his five age groups in MLS Next. He has also trained and promoted players to the next level, including 34 NCAA Division I athletes, 38 MLS Academy players, 7 U.S. Nationals on his team, and 6 of his MLS draft picks. Prior to joining SLSG, Henry spent one season as an assistant coach at SIUE. He also made stops in Evansville and Central Arkansas on the Corrigate Level. While at Central his Arkansas, he helped lead the Bears to his 2018 MVC regular season and tournament titles. From 2015 until 2017, Henry was Evansville’s top assistant and his coach. In his three years at Evansville, Henry led his Purple Aces to his 24 wins. This includes his 7 wins in MVC play and his 2 wins in his MVC tournaments. Evansville increased Henry’s staff win count each season, increasing from his three wins in 2015 to his eleven in 2017.

Henry also spent two seasons with Drury, helping the Panthers to 28 wins in two seasons and qualifying for the second round of the NCAA Division II Tournament. While at Drury, Henry served as his head coach for his PDL Springfield team, which led them to a third-place finish in the 2013 conference.

A native of Dublin, Ireland, Henry played college football at Missouri Baptist University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. He holds coaching licenses from the Football Association of Ireland and the United States Football Federation.
