Registration is now open for the Mad River Valley Football Association boys and girls spring football program.
Each spring, MRVSA brings the youth of the Mud River Valley and Waterbury-Duxbury communities to a game of football. The Spring Travel Program is open to players who have participated in the Vermont Soccer League and have demonstrated a higher level of skill and commitment to the sport of soccer.
Games start the first weekend in May and the season usually ends in mid-June. The team practices at Mad River Park and usually he practices twice a week.
Team assignments are based on player age. Players born in 2005 to his 2016 can register until January 30th. The registration fee is $130.
Late registration after January 30th will be determined based on roster availability. Participation after January 30th is not guaranteed. Also, after January 30th, the registration fee will increase to $150. Subsequent registrations will close on February 24th.
