The Big Greens battled for a 7-6 lead, but layups from Evbuomwan and Langborg made it a 7-6 one-point contest at 15:55. Dartmouth responded with his 7-0 run and with 12:28 left he extended the advantage to 14-16.<\/p>\n
As the clock struck 11:12, a Kelman layup ignited an 8-0 run that made it a 17-16 one-point game at 9:24. Shortly after, Pierce triggered his 7-0 run with his 8:49 layup, and the Tigers jumped on his 23-19 with him 7:41 remaining after a layup by Allocco. .<\/p>\n
Another layup by Kelman gave Princeton a 28-25 lead at 5:45, but a 5-0 big green gave Dartmouth the lead again, 30-28, with 4:54 remaining. . Just before the end of the first half, the back-and-forth offense and defense continued, and the Tigers went into halftime at 43-40.<\/p>\n
