The Ligetty Girls soccer team has cemented its position as a front-runner for the Ocean League as the halfway point of the league campaign approaches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Warriors battled for the lead Tuesday night with an 8-2 victory in Morro Bay. Bianca Flores scored his four goals, Raquel Schmidt scored a hat-trick with his three goals, and Sirena Heredia scored his one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Schmidt and Heredia are tied for the top of the team with 15 goals each.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Many Warriors entered the points column on Tuesday night. Natalia Lucas Lopez has two assists, Flores and Savannah Kennedy have one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Going into Friday’s game, the standings were 11-4-0, 5-0 for Righetti and 7-5-1, 4-1 for second-placed Morro Bay. Templeton is 4-4-3, 2-1, Orcutt is 8-3-2, 2-2, Lompoc is 4-9-0, 2-3, Mission Prep is 4-7- It was 0, 1-3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
