Kenshiro Rreaji is right behind Gennady Golovkin, with the likes of Emanuel Navarrete even further up.  Kosei Tanaka and Jack Catterall are also in this section, but with some high-profile victories they can definitely move up!The biggest name is Andy Ruiz Jr, who comes in at number 30 on our list.
