Tuscaloosa law enforcement has arrested University of Alabama basketball player Darius Miles and charged him with murder in connection with a shooting near campus Sunday that killed a 23-year-old woman, Tuscaloosa law enforcement said. bottom.\n <\/p>\n

Police responded to the shooting at around 1:45 a.m. local time on Sunday, and Jamea Jonay Harris was shot dead while sitting in a car less than 800 meters from the university campus, according to a release from the Violent Crimes Unit. I discovered that\n <\/p>\n

The driver told police that someone had opened fire on his vehicle, saying he may have fired in self-defense and hit one of the suspects, investigators said.\n <\/p>\n
