50 Cent has revealed he lost millions of dollars after purchasing a luxurious 21-bedroom mansion once owned by boxing legend Mike Tyson.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 47-year-old rapper bought the property for a reported \u00a33.3m in 2007. <\/p>\n

However, it didn’t take long for him to start regretting the decision due to the cost of maintaining the place. <\/p>\n

Since breaking onto the scene in 2003 with the hit single “Get Rich Or Die Tryin’, the Grammy Award-winning rapper, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, has built a huge business empire over the years. I was. <\/p>\n

But if he had to name one mistake he’s made in his career, it’s definitely there. <\/p>\n

“Tyson’s crib was like that. It definitely was,” he said on the latest episode of the “Big Boys Neighborhood” podcast. <\/p>\n

“It had 18 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and a nightclub. <\/p>\n

“I paid $4.1 million and sold it for $3.1 million.<\/p>\n

“I had it for 14 years. It was about $700,000 a year in maintenance. That’s it.”<\/p>\n

When asked if he ever woke up without realizing that someone else was home at that time, he replied:<\/p>\n

“This shows how much I have changed since the beginning. <\/p>\n

“At that point, I could bring everyone in and still have my own space.”<\/p>\n

This isn’t the first time 50 Cent has spoken out about the difficulties he faced trying to keep everything running smoothly. <\/p>\n

“We experienced it at the Tyson mansion. It was 55,000 square feet. <\/p>\n
