{"id":7291,"date":"2023-01-13T22:23:53","date_gmt":"2023-01-13T22:23:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/atswins.ai\/blog\/atlantic-city-new-jersey-boxing-hall-of-fame-class-2023\/"},"modified":"2023-01-13T22:23:53","modified_gmt":"2023-01-13T22:23:53","slug":"atlantic-city-new-jersey-boxing-hall-of-fame-class-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/atswins.ai\/blog\/atlantic-city-new-jersey-boxing-hall-of-fame-class-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Atlantic City, New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame Class 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The Atlantic City, New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame has become one of the most important organizations in American history.<\/p>\n<p>It is due to the hard work of Ray McCline and his team that this annual event has become a world-class event.<\/p>\n<p>There was a time when Atlantic City was the boxing capital of the country and the world.<\/p>\n<p>For example, in the late 1980s and 1990s, &#8220;Iron Mike&#8221; Tyson was in his prime and had an exclusive deal with former President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>The Atlantic City Boxing Association has officially announced that 24 winners have been selected for the induction ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The 7th Annual Awards &#038; Induction Weekend will take place from Friday, September 29, 2023 through Sunday, October 1, 2023 at the Hard Rock Hotel &#038; Casino Atlantic City.<\/p>\n<p>There are different categories of inductees.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>2023 induction class<\/u>:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Fighters: George Foreman, Shannon Briggs, David Tua, Pinklon Thomas, Tracy Harris Patterson, Doug DeWitt, Darrol Wilson, Shamon Alvarez, Jamilia Lawrence.<\/p>\n<p>Contributors: Arnold Robbins (Trainer &#038; Manager), Matt Howard (Advisor), Joe Hand Sr. (Promoter), Lee Samuels (Public Rep), Rudy Battle (Referee), Beni Estevez Jr. (Referee) , Joseph Santoriquito (media).<\/p>\n<p>Posthumously: Buster Dayton (fighter) and Marty Feldman (trainer &#038; manager).<\/p>\n<p>Pioneers: Horace M.
