Some model pages (e.g., BetQL \/ SportsLine full sims) are behind paywalls \u2014 I note that below \u2014 but here are five published numeric predictions I could find:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"1085\">\n<li data-start=\"622\" data-end=\"716\">\n<p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"716\">Reuters \/ Field Level Media: <strong data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"675\">Rams 23 \u2014 49ers 16<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"813\">\n<p data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"813\">PicksAndParlays \/ Eddie Kline: <strong data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"772\">Rams 30 \u2014 49ers 17<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"1006\">\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1006\">SF Standard (two columnists): <strong data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"878\">Kawakami: Rams 24 \u2014 49ers 10<\/strong>; <strong data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"912\">Lombardi: Rams 27 \u2014 49ers 17<\/strong>. (I used both voices as published score predictions.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1085\">\n<p data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1085\">SportsGambler: <strong data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1046\">Rams 27 \u2014 49ers 14<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1397\">\n<p data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1397\">Note: BetQL and SportsLine publish model simulations and often have score sims, but their full numeric sims\/picks are paywalled. I still included the publicly available expert and outlet predictions above and used ESPN\u2019s public matchup metrics\/analytics in the analysis.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1402\" \/>\n<h1 data-start=\"1404\" data-end=\"1473\">2) Average of those model score predictions (the \u201cmodel consensus\u201d)<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"1474\" data-end=\"1602\">I averaged the five explicit numeric predictions above (the Reuters, PicksAndParlays, Kawakami, Lombardi, SportsGambler scores).<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1736\">\n<li data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1670\">\n<p data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1670\">Rams predicted scores: 23, 30, 24, 27, 27 \u2192 <strong data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1668\">average = 26.2<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1736\">\n<p data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1736\">49ers predicted scores: 16, 17, 10, 17, 14 \u2192 <strong data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1736\">average = 14.8<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1788\"><strong data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1788\">Model consensus (rounded): Rams 26 \u2014 49ers 15.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"1945\">(That implies Rams win by ~11, which would cover an 8.5-point spread and push the game total comfortably under 43.5.)<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1950\" \/>\n<h1 data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"2020\">3) News &amp; injuries \/ market context I confirmed (real-time checks)<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2076\">Key, game-moving items verified shortly before kickoff:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2914\">\n<li data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2382\">\n<p data-start=\"2080\" data-end=\"2382\"><strong data-start=\"2080\" data-end=\"2107\">San Francisco injuries:<\/strong> Brock Purdy is out (turf-toe) \u2192 Mac Jones to start. (Pythagorean is season-level \u2014 not a head-to-head score generator \u2014 but it helps weigh the teams\u2019 underlying offensive\/defensive output).<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3891\" data-end=\"4305\">\n<li data-start=\"3891\" data-end=\"4305\">\n<p data-start=\"3893\" data-end=\"4305\"><strong data-start=\"3893\" data-end=\"3918\">Strength of Schedule:<\/strong> many analytics sites show <strong data-start=\"3945\" data-end=\"3990\">San Francisco with one of the easiest SOS<\/strong> projections for 2025 and the Rams with a tougher schedule (Rams ~20th on some SOS lists, 49ers near easiest).
