However, after he was released by the Mariners on May 24, 2019, it took him another 726 days to pitch in his hometown baseball. Denmark missed most of the season after hurting his right forearm in July, missing 45 games.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"QFIRQFYK4JG6JDTKSNAYGPXR5M\">Denmark also spent time in the minors, pitching in both Double-A Portland and Triple-A Worcester. His time with both was short.
