The adopted daughter of MLB great Dennis Eckersley, 26-year-old Alexandra Eckersley continues to find herself in trouble. <\/p>\n
Earlier this week, homeless Eckersley was arrested in New Hampshire on suspicion of leaving her newborn son in the woods after giving birth in a tent. <\/p>\n
Now, reports say she may have misled the police about her son’s whereabouts.<\/p>\n
A police affidavit reveals that Eckersley deceived police trying to locate his son. This was because I was afraid that my tent would be robbed.<\/p>\n
\u201cEckersley said that if he lost his tent due to the cold Manchester winter, it would be very difficult for him to survive,\u201d the affidavit reads. They also reported that the tent’s propane heater was off.<\/p>\n Eckersley reportedly told EMT that she was unaware she was pregnant before giving birth to her son, who was believed to be premature at about three months old.<\/p>\n Reportedly, when asked why she allegedly abandoned her newborn, Eckersley gave a chilling answer.
