According to Massey, she was supposed to fight Bridges last year, but the IBF ordered her to take on a mandatory challenger in the form of Shannon O’Connell instead. <\/p>\n

Bridges went on to win that fight by knockout, but she was seriously injured in the process requiring surgery, further delaying her clash with Massie until at least the end of the year. <\/p>\n

When asked about that potential future fight, Massey told talkSPORT: [Ebanie] Hats off for being so smart. <\/p>\n
