The 7-foot-4 junior has recorded 16 double-doubles in 20 games this season, four of which he has 20-plus points and 15-plus rebounds. He probably won&#8217;t win any awards, but he&#8217;s a first-team All-Big Ten player. <\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Best moment: <\/strong>Dickinson scored 32 points and took 12 boards in the highly anticipated New Year&#8217;s Day game against Maryland.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong><u>Ryan Kalkbrenner<\/u><\/strong><strong>Clayton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Kalkbrenner is a rim protector and solid finisher. His injury has been a problem for the Blue Jays this season, but if he stays healthy he could be a big asset in March.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Best moment: <\/strong>Kalkbrenner scored 21 points and won seven boards in a 73-67 win over Providence on January 14.<\/p>\n<h3 displaynav=\"true\" class=\"\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Tier 3: Get moving<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong><u>Kyle Filipowski<\/u><\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong><u>duke<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Contrary to preseason expectations, Filipowski has become Duke&#8217;s best big man. The 7-foot-tall Utah native is currently in the Pac-12 where he&#8217;s 8-3 with the Utos, where he has 17.1 points per game and he has 7.6 boards.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Best moment: <\/strong>Carlson scored 22 points against Arizona and played better than Biggs for the Wildcats. <\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Clifford Omlui<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>Rutgers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Omoruyi is one of the hardest players to deal with in the post. He can dunk anyone, get to the rim quickly, and change and block shots at will.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Best moment: <\/strong>Omolui scored 14 points, won 11 boards and blocked six shots in a 68-64 overtime victory over Ohio State on January 15.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Zach Fremantle<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>Xavier<\/strong><\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Fremantle has played well alongside Jack Nunge this season, but he has plenty of standout moments of his own. He recorded his four double-doubles in his January.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Best moment: <\/strong>Freemantle scored 29 points and won 11 boards against Villanova on January 7th. <\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Daron Holmes<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>Dayton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Holmes has had an illustrious career at Dayton and has not disappointed so far this season.  The 6-foot-10-inch, 225-pound big man ranks him third in the A10 in both scoring (18.4) and rebounding (8.0).<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Best moment: <\/strong>Holmes scored 32 points in a road win at Davidson on New Year&#8217;s Eve and won 10 boards. <\/p>\n<h3 displaynav=\"true\" class=\"\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Tier 4: Hard to hold back<\/h3>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Noah Clowney<\/strong><strong>Alabama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Clowney has gotten better every game throughout his freshman season. He praised Brandon Miller and formed a solid one-two punch for the Crimson Tide.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Best moment: <\/strong>Clowney scored 17 points and won 14 boards in his January 21 road win in Missouri.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Morris Udeze<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>new mexico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Udeze was the unsung hero of the Lobos&#8217; breakthrough season under coach Richard Pitino.  The 6-foot-8-inch senior has recorded his five double-doubles in his last six games in New Mexico.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Best moment: <\/strong>Udeze scored 15 points, including the game-winning bucket from inbound play, to beat Boise State in overtime on January 20.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Stephen Kroll<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>Wisconsin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Kroll isn&#8217;t much loved nationally, but he&#8217;s been a staple for the Badgers this season. The junior big man is averaging 12.6 points and 6.7 rebounds for Wisconsin.<\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>Best moment: <\/strong>Kroll had 21 points and 11 rebounds in late possession in a win over Penn State on January 17. <\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\"><strong>hunter tyson<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>Clemson<\/strong><\/p>\n<p displaynav=\"true\" class=\"mg-t-b-20 ff-h fs-16 lh-1pt88 mg-t-b-20 article-content\" data-v-7a2607b0=\"\">Tyson is the Tigers&#8217; most reliable and versatile scorer in contention for the ACC title.
