After a first-half scoring barrage that saw the Hawks score six goals, Gila Ridge honored his seniors with a final win at Veterans Memorial Stadium – Luis Lopez from 13 On Your Side reports<\/h4>\n

YUMA, Arizona (KYMA, KECY) – The Gila Ridge Girls soccer beat San Luis 8-1 on Tuesday night at Veterans Memorial Stadium. <\/p>\n

When the Hawks tried to honor their seniors, they did so with a dominant performance against their Yuma County rivals. <\/p>\n

Gila Ridge came out swinging the gate, scoring six goals in the first half alone. <\/p>\n

The second half didn’t see much offense, but two more goals were scored en route to the Hawks’ 11th victory of the season. <\/p>\n

Gila Ridge has just two games left in the regular season. <\/p>\n

Their next matchup will be against Cibola on the streets on Tuesday, January 31st. <\/p>\n
