The day after Christmas, Portland beat the Hornets, 124-113. The Trail Blazers cruised home with a big thank you to Jerami Grant, who led the team with his 32 points. Yusuf his Nurkic had a great night, scoring his 27 points with 14 rebounds. The team honored Damian Lillard for becoming the Blazers’ leading scorer, a great way to end a great night. Portland will need more stars tonight to help them through this mess.
