Ukrainian Boxing Coach Dead Russian Missile Attack Dnipro Block

Ukrainian boxing coach Mikhail Korenovsky was among those killed when a Russian missile destroyed a residential area in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro.

Ukrainian boxing coach Mikhaylo Korenovsky was identified as one of the dead victims following a Russian cruise missile attack on a home on Saturday, Jan. Disciple of Odessa boxing school.

Mikhail Korenovsky, Ukrainian boxing coach and head trainer of the Dnipro regional boxing team, died yesterday after a Russian rocket attack on Dnipro.

The death toll has reportedly risen to 29 in the aftermath of ongoing search and rescue operations. Aided by sniffer dogs, the team worked the scene in hopes of bringing more residents back to life.

Previously, it was estimated that at least 72 apartment buildings were destroyed when the nine-story building collapsed.

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy spoke of the horrific tragedy in a daily Telegram post: The debris has been cleared there. All necessary services are included. Thank you to everyone doing rescue work! ”.

He continued: Dozens of people, including six children, were rescued from the rubble. We are fighting for everyone! Rescue efforts will continue as long as there is even the slightest chance of saving a life. ”

“Since the attack, Ukraine has heard condolences and words of support from many leaders, celebrities, journalists and ordinary people around the world. It is very important to unite against terrorism.Glory to Ukraine!”
