U20 MNT kicks off World Cup year in Florida | Club Soccer

The U-20 Men’s Youth National Team will kick off the new year with training camp from January 19-29 at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. 23 players will be in Florida as the team continues to prepare for his upcoming FIFA U. -20 World Cup, held in Indonesia from May 20th to June 11th.

U-20 MYNT Head Coach Mikey Barras will assist in the Senior USMNT’s January training camp, while U-17 MYNT Head Coach Gonzalo Segales will lead the camp. Segares has been an assistant throughout the U-20 cycle.

Players born after January 1, 2003 have age restrictions for the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup. 11 players born in 2003, 9 players born in 2004, and 3 players born in 2005 participated in this training camp.
