The Pittsburgh Steelers’ season is barely over, and there’s already been some controversy.

It all started with a tweet Johnson sent out on December 10th. Using 100 emojis, he simply read, “I can’t say much, but stay tuned.” This got everyone spinning the wheels as to what that means. Then, just as we thought it wouldn’t be a big deal, we found out that Johnson deleted his Steelers from his Twitter bio and unfollowed him on social media.

These plays are nothing new for Johnson, and he did something similar last offseason when he was working for a new contract. In 2023 he has a $16.3 million contract and in 2024 he has a $15.8 million capped contract.

Was this all a tactic for Johnson to stay away from social media buzz and focus on himself in the offseason, or the beginning of his demise in Pittsburgh? is hard to imagine, so if it’s an angle, it must be coming from Johnson’s camp.
