On December 18, the Parry boys’ soccer team defeated Wilcox High School 3-2-0. The team’s dominance and hard work throughout the game gave them another win.
“We were way ahead of them,” said Alec Bonnard (’25). “Paly dominated across the board and took advantage of many of the opportunities we have been working on.”
Leading the scoreboard all along, Paly worked fluidly in both the first and second halves and maintained their lead throughout the game.
“3-0 is an understatement,” said Bonnard.
Following the team’s string of victories this season, the boys continue to achieve their current 2-2 record.
Prep2Prep released a ranking of the top 25 high school boys’ soccer teams, but Paly was not included. However, since then they have not lost to any of the other six originally ranked higher teams in the league. The team’s effort and excellence is evident through their success as they continue to fight hard every game.
With a game in Santa Clara on Friday and just over a month left in the season, the players are working hard to continue their winning streak.
