It’s a full-fledged mock draft season.
Now that the top positions in the NFL Draft are set, serious speculation has begun as to who will go where and what moves each team will make.
The Bears own the #1 overall pick, and many pundits believe general manager Ryan Pauls will eventually trade the pick. But Yahoo Sports’ Pete Fiutak puts it in a different light, predicting the Bears will retain the pick and draft Georgia defensive tackle Jalen Carter.
CBS Sports’ Ryan Wilson traded the Bears down to fourth place and selected Carter. The Colts would get the top pick and get Kentucky quarterback Will Levis.
Athletic they look almost the same. They also traded the Bears to the Colts for Carter with the fourth pick.
Of course, there’s still a long way to go between now and April’s draft.
