The New York Knicks are looking to get back to winning ways after losing to the Toronto Raptors in overtime on Monday.
The loss was a three-game winning streak, but it wasn’t too bad as the Knicks moved up one spot from 11th to 10th in this week’s Sports Illustrated Power Rankings.
Sports Illustrated wrote, “The Knicks lost overtime at home on Monday, but the duo of Jalen Brunson and Julius Randle are making magic.” “Branson put in 34 goals to lead the team with back-to-back wins over the Pacers and Wizards, and Randle, who was a beast on the board in January, scored his 42 points against the Pistons to finish his sweep of the season. completed.
“RJ Barrett led New York offensively with 32 on Martin Luther King Jr. Day against the Raptors, but Branson’s pull-up 3 at the buzzer missed the mark. The Knicks, who have won seven innings, are moving up the order.”
The Knicks will return tomorrow against the Washington Wizards (7:30 PM ET, MSG), facing the Atlanta Hawks on Friday and the same Raptors on Sunday night.
