The Cincinnati Reds made several changes to their roster during the offseason.
The club said goodbye to outfielder Aristedes Aquino, lefty Mike Minor, and infielders Donovan Solano and Kyle Farmer. They signed free agents Will Myers, Luke Weaver, Luke Mile and Kurt Casali. The Reds also traded shortstop Kevin Newman from the Pittsburgh Pirates and sent infielder Kyle Farmer to the Minnesota Twins.
After winning 83 in 2021, the Reds will win 21 in 2022 and finish fourth in the National League Central, 62-100. The Reds hope to get him on the right track in 2023.

- Traded to 2B Nick Sorak from the Texas Rangers.
